Who we are

These terms cover this website, the checkout, the access pages and every product you buy from Polished Host (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying, you accept these terms; if you don't, please don't use the site. Seller: Polished Host is a brand of Prospekt Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You must be at least 18 to buy. Contact: [email protected].

What you buy

Each product is a set of digital materials (PDF, Word and Excel files, links to Canva templates and, for the Profit Tracker, a link to copy a Google Sheet), as described on the sales page and the checkout page: those descriptions are part of these terms. Products: The Polished Host Kit ($27), Messages & Reviews ($27), Property Profit Tracker ($37). Access arrives by email right after payment, with a link to your access page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and are paid once: no subscription. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Digital content and right of withdrawal

The products are digital content delivered immediately. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland or Switzerland, by buying you ask for immediate access and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started. Our voluntary 180-day guarantee, described in the Refund Policy, still applies.

License

You may customize the materials and use them, printed or digital, for the properties you manage yourself (including more than one), and show them to your guests. You may not resell, transfer, publicly share or distribute the kit, the Canva templates, the files or the access links, or use them to create products for sale. If you are refunded, the license is revoked.

No legal or tax advice

Polished Host provides templates and informational materials. It is not legal, tax or administrative advice and does not guarantee compliance with local rules. Rules on short-term rentals, registration, occupancy taxes, waste sorting, safety and emergency numbers change from place to place and over time: always check the rules that apply to you. The Profit Tracker gives estimates and does not replace your accountant.

No promise of results

We don't promise a number of bookings, reviews or earnings: results depend on many factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

The materials, graphics, texts and templates remain ours (or our licensors'). Buying gives you the license described above. Sample photos were created for Polished Host.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version published on the day of your purchase applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
