Refund Policy

180-Day “Informed Guests” Guarantee
Use the kit in your property for 6 months. If, after putting it into practice, it didn't help, email us and we'll refund 100% of your order. This is a voluntary guarantee, in addition to any rights the law gives you.
Conditions
- Send your request to [email protected] within 180 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy.
- Attach proof that you used the kit: your filled-in Property Info Sheet and at least one photo of your signs in the property or of your filled-in Welcome Book.
- One refund per person, per email address and per payment card.
- When we refund you, your license is revoked, your access links are closed and you agree to stop using the materials.
Add-on products
The guarantee covers your whole order, including Messages & Reviews and the Property Profit Tracker if you added them, under the same conditions.
How you get your refund
Once we've checked your request, we refund to the payment method you used, usually within 14 days. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Right of withdrawal
Because the products are digital content delivered right after payment, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (EU, UK, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland) does not apply once delivery has started. The 180-day guarantee still applies under the conditions above.
